Product Description
The Innova Skillshot is a PDGA approved portable disc golf target that weighs 26 pounds. The top and bottom sections of the target fold similar to an umbrella and the entire basket tucks away neatly into a convenient carrying case. The Innova Skillshot's disc catching area and basket size is significantly smaller than the DGA Mach Lite, making this target and ideal choice for honing your disc putting skills.

Good Portable Basket

This basket compacts down to a nice size for storage or travel. Chains and basket catch discs very well. Also can be put up and taken down in five minutes. Only negative is that it is a little heavy and isn't very weather resistant.

Short game

This basket is awesome sometimes you cant always get to the course so you can set this up in your front yard and work your short game i love how its a bit smaller in size accuracy is key if you can hit this target you can easily sink the actual targets. Bag is great for portability, i put this in my trunk and went to the park with a friend and set up some crazy long shots. All in all a great basket.

Easy to set up and enjoy

This basket has helped my short game become nothing short of amazing. Easy to set up and even easier to take down. Made for portability and ease of use. the canvas comes off the frame for easy washing (Care instructions included) and the travel bag makes the basket easy to store where ever you go. The basket has a smaller tray, which makes putting accuracy a must. Multiple colors make it a choice for everyone. My basket has taken shots from 300 plus feet to short puts, and still looks like new.

Easy Set Up, Durable

I love this thing. Very durable and set up & take down is super fast, no tools required. It folds up into a golf-bag size that is a little heavy if you're walking more than a short distance, but easily transportable in even a small trunk.
Some discs will come out that would normally go in. It seems to my eyes a tad bit shorter than a real basket, with a shorter vertical target area. However all in all a good shot that hits the sweet spot will always go in, even on a long shot, and I have no qualms practicing on a harder target. A longer 50-70ft putt will stick in there just fine.
And from personal experience, it will handle a long (250+ feet) ace shot... ;)
Received the blue one, did not put in a preference. I was amazed at how quickly this thing arrived, 5 stars to DGBS for their awesome & prompt service.

Got one of these bad boys for xmas! Very easy to set up and take down. The travel bag is very nice for traveling and packing around. It only has one row of chains, so if you don't hit them just right it will spit your disc out the other side. but, all in all this is a great product. I have really enjoyed mine so far this spring!

Best, truly portable basket

I've had my skillshot going on 4 years now and it's just as "sticky" and well made as it was when I bought it. I put the words truly portable in my description because this basket actually folds up and fits well into my trunk. I don't need to worry about unscrewing anything or worrying about the weight like with a DISCatcher sport.
I played with the Traveller and while it may be good to have as a lightweight alternative, possibly for beginners, this basket impressed me the most.
I putt in my backyard with it at least 3 times a week and just like the name implies, you need more of a skilled shot to get it in. It feels a bit smaller (left to right) then a permanent basket (though it's PDGA approved). If I'm putting well on my skillshot, I know I'll be good on the course!

The Perfect 'Portable' Polehole at a Great Price

I've been playing this game since the '70s when we started out throwing Frisbee discs at telephone poles with red rings painted on them. I never had need for a portable basket until now --- and now, I have found the perfect 'portable' basket.
The quality of materials used surprised me, and the extra thought that went into the construction of this portable shows in every little detail of the basket. The chains are a lighter weight than a perm basket but catch just as well. The smaller, yet still PDGA approved, target mandates a perfect shot from the thrower and will certainly hone the skills of anyone wanting to improve their game, especially their putting. I am looking forward to many 'rounds' with my new portable and am seriously considering buying at least one or two more just to expand my portable course.
Thanks also to DGBS for excellent customer service. My order was handled in a professional and timely manner. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Very lightweight and easy to carry with the bag. The chains catch very well. Fun when you take 2 camping and play through the trees!!
