Great Disc, Even Better Retailer

I bought these for practice and generally like them for what they do. This was my first putter when I learned how to disc golf way back when, and I liked it because it flew similar to the Ultimate frisbee throws that I was used to.

More importantly, I wanted to give 5 stars to the excellent customer service of this retailer. I ordered this six pack and there was a glitch in my order, and I cannot speak more highly of how Driven handled it. Within an hour of writing in my return I received a phone call from Bill (a phone call, who does that anymore) with a nice message and a follow up email explaining that he would take care of it, and offering me several completely painless options to choose from to resolve the issue. I was impressed and more than satisfied. This was the first time I ever had an issue with this store, everything else I order arrives promptly with no issues, so 5 stars to Driven for their awesome service.
Perfect Putters - Hands Down

What can I say. I have been throwing the Aviar for decades and it is still, hands down, my go-to-putter of choice. The stability of the disc inside putting range holds my line everytime.

I carry a putter bag for my putting practice sessions with 14 discs in it. All, but one (an 86 Softie) are Aviars. I carry a couple of 168 gram Aviars for (high) downwind putts and the rest are all 174-175 grams (my preferred weight).

While the Aviars are available in different plastics, I use mainly the DX for practice... I carry the Aviar STAR discs in my tourney bag for short drives and long upshots, which is another area the Aviar shines.

There is a reason why most 'sets' include the Aviar... Simply put, if it ain't broke, don't fix it... and the Aviar is still, the perfect putter. You get far more 'CHING' for your buck.
