Loading... Please wait...The Innova Champion Ape (new Spring 2011) can handle the raw, primal power of disc golfs biggest arms. Extremely fast and stable, the Ape is a "must have" distance driver for windy conditions and sharp doglegs. Sidearm drivers will learn the Ape is more than capable of standing up to even the most intense torque. The Ape is an outstanding choice for backhand or sidearm throws as well as a variety of niche flex shots. With less high speed turn than a Boss, the Ape is not recommended for players who throw less than 300ft.

The champion Ape is a fast long-range distance driver with great stability. Expect consistent and accurate flights from this disc. The Ape is great for powerful backhand and sidearm players.

Ol ape how i love the. Like the title says "what wind?!?" there will always be a slot in my bag for the ape. Best head wind disc in the bizz. I played a round with wind speeds at 20. - 30 mph. And the ape never let me down. Bring on that head and side wind, im not scared. I can put all kinds of umphh into it and never ever ever ever flips on me. Not even in the worse conditions. Also love the big skip it can take too. Great for hard hooks in tight spots. I love how it so predictable, even after being beat up.

This disc has a spot in my bag for huge hyzers or side arm shots. This is the most overstable disc I have every thrown. It has a very predictable flight path and very good in the wind.

i LOVE this disc. i know what this disc will do every time it leaves my hand. if you like discs with a lot of stability and you have a good bit of power this will be a great disc.

This driver is very stable so you will always know that it is going to have a hard fade and finish the same way everytime. Its not the best disc for every hole but for some holes it is the only disc you should be using. Everyone should have on in there bag!

I purchased this disc a few weeks ago & it does exacally what they say it does. Its faster and fades more than "the monster". I needed a disc that I could throw that would fade hard and go a farther distance than my Monster disc. I absolutely love this disc and I use it more often than any disk in my bag because its fast, got great distance, reliable, and gives me that fade I need at the very end. Its a must must buy !!!

First couple rounds it flew straight about 400 then it would fade hard at the end, now that i've beaten it in I get a nice s flight on the power drives and i'm crankin it out to the 490 530 mark. If you want a disc that'll fly farther and fight the wind better than a boss this is the one.

I threw my new ape yesterday for the first time and is it fast?! I didn't get a chance to rip it forehand since the only forehand hole on the course I was on was near a huge lagoon and I wasn't sure what it would do so I gave it a backhand. I threw it 3 times yesterday and it seemed very stable and predictable. Now I can't wait to get on a course where I can boom it with my forehand! I'm predicting that my 4 stars will be 5 soon... I have a-lot of arm and love a fast heavy disc...

I love my ape! I'm a lefty and I throw sidearm.. Angle the right side of the disc down a bit and give it to her! It cuts to the right then fades back left! Great s~curve! Def a must for power throwing sidearmers!

One of the best Innova drivers in my bag. Very overstable and works great for Tomahawks.

Good head wind disc, but I love using mine for long side arm throws!!! Not recommend for players new to the game. If you're looking for a disc that can handle power, the APE is the disc for you!

This disc is beefy. Seems almost impossible to turn over. I throw sidearm and love really overstable discs, and this is the most over stable in my bag. It doesn't seem to ever flex out for extra distance, but will go very far straight or work as a massive hyzer disc.

I love this disc. For sidearm throwers who like to rip it off the tee pad I would recommend this disc. Supper stable like the description above says this disc is for those meat heads who like throwing their disc hard.
